Camp Azara
Camp Azara is an encampment in the north. It sits atop a lone mountain in a large canyon. There is a path leading up the hill to the camp, which requires a jump over lava in a mine section inside the mountain. There is a room leading to a single military chest just before the lava, with another military chest located in a cave directly above it that requires parkour to reach. The jump over lava inside the mountain can be skipped by doing parkour on the hillside to get up. Camp Azara was rebuilt in the Origins update.

Travel Advisory/Warnings
- There is a crafting table located inside The Poison Apple at (1394, 82, -2229), and several crafting tables are located near the dock at (1364, 82, -2220).
- Several brewing stands are located in The Poison Apple, one of which is located at (1396, 83, -2228).
- The mineshaft door room located near the base of Camp Azara can be accessed via a button or at the very bottom of the camp. The cracked stone bricks with particles can be broken with a grenade, which are plentiful both inside the room and in the surrounding camp.
- To get the mil_mythic in the Mineshaft Access cave, jump over the bridge and stick to the western wall, under the crane. There's a small cave leading into a broken railtracks going above a lava pit. Complete the parkour here to get the chest.
- A grapple can be used in the Mineshaft Access room to get into the cave above it to get the mil_mythic chest without having to do any dangerous parkour.
- Zombies generally don't spawn in the camp due to its small size, but larger amounts can spawn on the sides of the mountain, making it more dangerous to traverse the path up and down.
- Due to its close proximity to Eillom, bandits may attack any survivors that avoid Eillom.
- Camp Azara is a good place to farm iron before going further North to Al Hasa or Abandoned Farm.
- If wanting to avoid the deadly jump in the cave, it is very possible to climb up the mountain and enter the camp. This, however, will use lots of food; do keep in mind food can be found in the camp itself.
- Travelling between here and Eillom can be effective because the combined loot can result in a well-geared player. However, this is one of the most dangerous paths in the game, and on a largely populated server, one will almost always find someone, usually with reasonable high-tier gear.
- The camp is one of the major routes for players travelling in the canyons.
- The top of the mountain can be easily defended from players and zombies with a bow - Punch bows are particularly effective, as they knock attackers off the path very easily.
Trivia
- The fact that this is a mountain outpost means it could have been a fishing outpost when the canyon had been rich in water.
- This build was submitted by Basxt and it was named Hill Azara instead of Camp Azara.
