Anti-Zombie Fortress
From Shotbow Wiki
The Anti-Zombie Fortress is a large fortress situated to the Northeast of Yawpton. It is visited for its presence of military gear and as an alternative to Yawpton.
However, due to the lack of loot diversity, this location is generally avoided in favor of other locations such as the aforementioned Yawpton, The Lost Castle, or Logging Camp.

Travel Advisory/Warnings
- This is a good alternative to Yawpton for military loot when wanting to avoid other players.
- Falling from here is common. Landing on the vines is advised to avoid taking damage or dying.
- With patience, full chain and an iron sword can be acquired here, making it a decent early game location for military gear.
- The presence of a mil rare here makes it possible to obtain pristine chainmail here, albeit in small amounts.
- It is possible to climb most of the way to the top using the vines, rather than climbing up the broken stairs inside.
- Beware, no food spawns here, head to Logging Camp for a supply of apples/cookies. Going from here to the Igloos and Whitehaven is recommended, although these areas do not have military loot.
Trivia
- This location is modeled after a real-life structure: the Winding Tower of the Shime coal mine in Japan. In 2011, a reddit user popularized the idea that the tower's unique structural design hypothetically makes it effective as a safe haven from zombie raids.
- This is one of the only major locations in the game that does not display a title card when the player comes close to it.
