Travel Advisory/Warnings

  • Break the spire chests as quickly as possible when you get on top of the sphere. Zombie Pigmen will start spawning as soon as you approach the chests. There's one spawner below each chest.
  • Many zombie spawners surround the spire itself and its ruins. Be wary as they might become a problem if you plan to farm the spire chests.
  • If you are traveling towards Krubera, be sure to get water as you pass through this location as the only other location to do so is Aurora.

Trivia

  • The Wind Spire was added as part of the Lore update around November 2013 along with the Water Spire.

Lore

Lore Block

The Spire of Simoon is long abandoned and forgotten much like the former great air temple Anemos Sanctum.

Earthquakes over the years has begun to rip the spire to pieces weakening the hold on the gods. This spire carries the decoration of the symbol of air representing Simoon. The God of Wind known for being a trickster among the gods and the races of this world.
