Travel Advisory/Warnings

  • There's a fountain in the middle of the castle to refill your bottles.
  • Zombies usually litter the hill outside the castle, and inside.
  • Bring enough Potions of Healing. You are likely to take damage from the zombies, or from falling off dangerous areas.
  • In comparison to the loot which can be gotten from the dungeon that is underneath, the castle itself isn't that worth the trip. You might meet people attempting it.
  • If you are here alone and have a pretty good amount of food, this is a great place to camp for gear.
  • If you're keen to avoid the high bandit counts at Yawpton, this location serves as a decent alternative for the abundance of chain armor and sugar that can be found here.
  • While a water refill is present, long stays are made difficult due to the lack of food stuffs, the isolation of this location, and the zombie spawn rate.
  • This is a good stop to make if you plan on gearing up before attempting Lost Thieves Guild located here or Flooded Tunnels.
