Overview of the Logging camp, showing the buildings and the river running through

North of Yawpton, at the crook of a small river lives an abandoned Logging Camp, which is known for the food and military gear readily available there. This area has three main buildings containing many food and military chests, making it easy to acquire chain and small amounts of iron armor or weapons. Traveller beware however, as this is a popular pit-stop for all sorts of bandits heading north or south on the ice road, and there are no Health Potions to be found. This area is an ideal stop on the route to Whitehaven or Devil's Castle.

Travel Advisory/Warnings

  • Bandits or other players that are found here often have chain or iron armor along with enchanted bows/swords because of the loot obtained here, so be wary.
  • All three of the main buildings have accessible roofs, with Elliot's Bunkhouse Inn being the hardest to scale.
  • The nearby ice river is commonly used by those traveling to or from the north and players should be cautious.
  • In the picture above, obtain the items in the building in the bottom left, then go to the one in the bottom right, then back to the left, and so forth. Continue going back and forth between these buildings to easily gain supplies.
  • It is a good destination to go before Whitehaven. It's also possible to get Smite swords here.

Trivia

  • This location was rebuilt as part of a rebuild contest on the Shotbow forums by Aurailus and Zorokthegreat.
    • The contest winner's heads can be found in Aurailus' Storehouse, up on the rafters.
  • Elliot's Bunkhouse and Jessie's Cook Shack were named after the contest winners' friends.
  • The old version of this location was the the mix between two build submissions: Sir_terrible built the mill (Link) while the rest of it was built by C0N0R_B.
  • At one point, old Logging Camp used to contain a villager who would give you two sticks for a wood sword and would give you a wood log for 10 sticks. This was part of a past Christmas event and has since been removed.
