Text Walkthrough

Entrance (0/10)

  • Place the button on the chiseled stone brick, press it and walk inside (ignore the barrier block).

Split Paths (6/10)

  • Press one of the stone buttons near the ledge.
  • This will create a coal path that leads to two exits which requires parkour over lava.
  • You can either go right (A) or go left (B).
  • The coal path will only appear for a limited time after the button has been pressed. You must not hesitate on any of the coal blocks and must instead run through them in one shot. Otherwise, you will not have enough time to parkour over, and you will drop into lava.
  • You can swim to the sides if you fall, but you will take a lot of damage.

Light Parkour Room (6/10) (Path A)

  • In this room you will have to parkour over a pit, with many spawners.
    • If you fail the parkour, use the piston to get back up. However, there will likely be many zombies, and so this will be difficult.
  • There are two 3 block 1 up jumps, along with a tricky headhitter.
  • Complete this and move on.

Horde Room (5/10) (Path B)

  • Drop down into this room. Be quick, there are spawners in here.
  • There is a button in the middle. When pressed, many zombies and pigmen will spawn from the dispensers in the floor.
    • You CANNOT stand on the starting ledge when the button is pressed. If you do, you will be killed instantly and a bugged message will be shown.
  • Once all the zombies have been slain, a staircase will appear which will let you proceed.
  • Be careful as the staircase will only appear for a short time. If the stairs disappear you have to redo the room.

Giant Room (7/10)

  • Both paths will lead to this large chamber. In the middle, there's a stone button on a pillar.
  • Once this button is pressed, a Rampaging Golem will spawn. Defeat it.
    • You CANNOT stand on the starting ledge when the button is pressed. If you do, you will be killed instantly and a bugged message will be shown.
  • Once the Golem is defeated a door will open on the south side of the room into the loot room.

Loot Room (0/10)

  • Once you have collected your loot, walk to the coal blocks and you will be teleported to the exit. Press a button that opens up a drop back to the entrance, where you will take one heart of fall damage.
  • Congratulations.

Trivia

  • This is the location that takes the second longest to get to in the Cave System, the longest being Barathrum Caverns.
  • One of the only dungeons in the Cave System alongside Devil's Respite and Conagher's Abandoned Mineshaft.
  • This dungeon was changed twice. On 5/2/13 the dungeon got an update, making all rooms more difficult and the loot is no longer able to be camped. Then it was completely reworked for the Secret Project Update.
  • The old version contained 4 rooms as well: a wave room, a simple timed parkour over lava that wasn't deadly then changed to a deadly ice parkour, a puzzle room and finally a "boss" room. Footage for both iterations can be found here (Early version) and here (Changed version)
  • The original dungeon was built by the same person who built the town, _Mappy_
