Evergreen Manor is a large walled-off mansion with a small wooden shed in the back. To get inside, bring a friend and stand on the pressure plates on the entrance together. This will open the doorway. To exit, the small hut in the back left corner contains a hole that serves as the exit and it's a one-way, much like the entrance.
Evergreen Dam, the location just to the north and where the player exits the mansion through, provides valuable loot and health potions.

Travel Advisory/Warnings
- The brewing stand is located in the cellar on the first floor.
- The crafting table can be found in the shack outside, through the hole in it, meaning one can't go back after getting to the crafting table
- There are 2 cakes located on the ground floor.
- The mil_rare located in the attic requires the player to jump onto the chandelier and then to the other side to reach it. Failing to jump onto the chandelier or the other side can take out a lot of hearts.
- A grapple can be used to exit and leave if without a friend to enter
- Players may be camping outside, in the Evergreen Dam.
- Very few zombies spawn on the upper floors, so they can be camped with no risk.
- Whitehaven isn't very far away from the manor, but the mountain next to the Dam will make it hard to reach.
- If heading north from here, it is advised to head East around the mountain. Going straight North will be very difficult and use lots of food.
Trivia
- This location has been rebuilt as of March 10th, 2018, alongside with the announcement of a headhunt event.
- The manor was built by Tannatron. His head can be seen next to some paintings on the first floor.
- There's a sign located outside, in front of the Fountain, that reads: "In Remembrance Of Joh Nee A". Joh Nee A used to be a town located near Agni Ignis. It has been replaced with what is now Meteor Crater as if the whole town was annihilated by the meteor.
Lore
- There are two Lore Books here. The labyrinth referred to in one of them is Maze of the Tenth, which is also near this location and, coincidentally, over the hills:
