A picture of Ephirion showing the big door located in the town

Ephirion is an underground town located in the Cave System. To access this town, players must use the stairs at the Intersection. Ephirion was added to the game on April 29th, 2018. The loot is mainly food and civilian chests, with a small amount of military and potion chests as well. This town is a great way to gear up when paired with Altin, as when combined, as they contain almost all chest types in abundance.

Ephirion is generally devoid of players. Few people know about this location, and even less come here. The high abundance of food chests, including a food_rare, can supply a small group easily. Travel Advisory/Warnings

  • Brewing stands can be found inside the alchemy room.
  • You'll find a crafting table in the tavern, and in the storage balcony room.
  • The furnaces, which can be used to cook food, require a button to access.
  • The farm is located near the Eastern waterfall, near the entrance of the town.
  • This is a good location to stock up on supplies and food and can be a good alternative to Sirus.
  • You can cycle between this town and Altin for some good loot.
  • Bandits are virtually nonexistent here, due to how remote this town is.
  • The food_rare is behind the counter in the tavern, make sure to open the door to find it.

Trivia

  • This town was added on April 29th, 2018 as a fan-made build submission built by multiple members of the community. Link to the build submission can be found here.
  • The large door located near the back of the town is currently just decoration and does not open.
  • This location received some modifications for Halloween 2018. The water was black wool that gave Nausea and Blindness as long as you're standing on it. Multiple patches could be found around the area.
    • The giant door was also opened. You could climb through some of the coal blocks inside to get to some wooden pressure plates. Getting all 4 of them in the room would lighten up the symbols on the southern wall and open a hole in the middle. You'd have ended up in a dark room with an inaccessible end portal. Behind you, there was a button that teleported you back out.
      • This was just a small inside joke between the builders of the town and wasn't really worth completing as the parkour was rather difficult and there's no loot.
      • The head of one of the builders, Pichu2002, could be seen on the top bookshelves south of the room.
    • The houses were also assigned to some of the builders of this location during these modifications.
    • This is one of the few locations that has a food_rare. Before Origins, this town had 8 food_uncommon chests, making a great stop for food. However, with Origins, four of the food chests were removed, and replaced with a single food_rare.
  • The alchemy room used to be a button room, but it was opened up in update 4.1.0. Furnaces were also added to the town in update 4.2.0.
