SMASH Perks
There are a few perks available for SMASH in the XP Shop. These perks are particle trails and knockout sounds that other players will see and hear. These active trails and sounds can be changed with the signs in the Lobby, in the spawnbox of every map, or through the Quick Menu in every player's inventory. A party pass can also be bought, which allows the player to create party matches. The Party Pass comes with Silver, Gold, Platinum, Emerald or Obsidian, so it is unnecessary to purchase with a rank.
Particle Trails
These change the particle trail left behind when the player moves. The following 21 trails are available.

Knockout Sound
These change the knockout sound that will be heard when the player kills an enemy, or is killed themself. There are signs in the Lobby which allow the player hear the sounds before purchasing. The following 31 sounds are available.

Party Pass
The SMASH Party Pass allows the creation of parties and custom matches. The party leader will be able to rotate maps without leaving the match, modify the number of lives, the item spawn chances with the Item Editor and the time limit, and create match teams. More customization options will come in future updates and will not require any additional purchase to unlock. The liftetime pass is available for 20,000xp in the XP Shop, or for $4.99 USD in the Shop.
