Overview of Lost Woods Shrine

Lost Woods Shrine is a shrine in the autumn forest near Festival of Valar and Crowmure. It contains a decent variety of chests, including a potion chests. This area is likely based off of the Lost Woods from The Legend of Zelda franchise, hence the name.

Seasoned players rarely go here, making it relatively safe. From here, players can head up north to the stone continent.

This location features timed parkour in order to reach most of the loot.

Travel Advisory/Warnings

• Zombie pigmen or other mobs may spawn on the outskirts of the shrine, so be careful when climbing.
• Zombies cannot reach you on the towers.
• It's recommended to come here before Crowmure when low on decent armor.
• Make sure to bring some food before coming here. The closest locations that have food are The Shire, Forest and Frostbain.
• Timed parkour of various length is required to reach most of the loot here, which can cause you to take fall damage from failing.
  • Potions spawn here which can help to refill your health.

Trivia

• This location along with The Shire were a build submission done by the same person, SharpFlex. The link to the reddit post is here. Trees in both builds were changed to spruce wood and leaves to fit better with the trees around it.
• The fountain in Lost Woods Shrine was changed from a small pile of diamond blocks to a slightly taller pile of lapis lazuli blocks and the fences surrounding the area were removed.
• This location was changed for Christmas 2017: The trees had ornaments and glowstone going with them and the area itself was encapsulated by a giant snow globe with a small opening in the south of it to enter the location.
• This location was rebuilt along with the autumn forest.
